Now more than ever we really have to look after our skin, stress causes a chemical response in our bodies that makes skin more sensitive and reactive, this is because stress causes your body to make hormones like cortisol which tells glands in your skin to more oil. Oily skin is more prone to acne and other skin conditions, other skin responses in the skin include hives, rosacea, psoriasis and vitiligo. If your stressed you might skimp on this part of your daily skin care routine which can aggravate skin issues that then leads to more stress because you don't like how your skin looks. In these times you can't avoid stress but you can handle it better.
1. Don't neglect your skin now more than ever.
2. Get regular exercise.
3. Take time for yourself, even a bath with an Plumier set of matrixes eye pads will do the trick especially good if your not getting enough sleep as this can cause fluid to pool below your lower eyelid area and what you end up with is a puffy mess in the morning.
4. Drink lots of water.
